
Brian Lesage, DDS, FAGD, FAACD
Dr. Brian LeSage is an internationally recognized leader in esthetic and reconstructive dentistry, practicing in Beverly Hills, California for more than 35 years. A graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned magna cum laude honors, Dr. LeSage is one of only a few dentists worldwide to hold Fellow status in both the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED). He currently serves as President-Elect of the AAED.
Founder and former director of the UCLA Esthetic Continuum, Dr. LeSage has taught thousands of clinicians the art and science of minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry. He also leads The Beverly Hills Institute of Dental Esthetics, offering small-group study clubs and hands-on mentoring.
Recognized annually by Dentistry Today as a “Leader in CE” and “Top Clinician in CE,” Dr. LeSage has delivered more than 700 lectures worldwide and published extensively on veneers, bonding, and adhesive techniques. His courses emphasize predictable, conservative approaches that achieve exceptional esthetic outcomes. Passionate about education and clinical excellence, Dr. LeSage continues to inspire colleagues to elevate their skills and their patients’ smiles.

Michael R. Sesemann, DDS, FAACD
Dr. Michael Sesemann received his dental degree in 1981 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. He has been in private practice since that time with active memberships in the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Equilibration Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
After becoming an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) in 1999, he became the 35th Fellow of the Academy in 2004. He currently serves as an examiner for the accreditation and fellowship processes after serving as Chair of Accreditation for the AACD in 2001-04. In addition to his credentialing duties, numerous committee responsibilities and Director activities Dr. Sesemann was elected to be the Academy’s 23rd President to serve the organization for 2009-2010.
While maintaining a full-time practice in Omaha, Dr. Sesemann lectures internationally and has published several manuscripts on the techniques necessary for successful completion of the comprehensive restorative case. He enjoys being a mentor for the Kois Center and he is a faculty member of the Beverly Hills Institute of Dental Esthetics after serving at the Dawson Center in similar capacity from 2004-07. For written publications Dr. Sesemann served as Associate Editor for Functional Esthetics and Restorative Dentistry and sits on the editorial boards of Practical Procedures and Aesthetic Dentistry, the Compendium, the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, Teamwork and Spectrum Dialogue, a techno-clinical publication.

Luis Schlichting,DDS, MS, PhD
Luís Henrique Schlichting, DDS, BBA, MS, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Division of Operative Dentistry & Biomaterials at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry, where, among other teaching and clinical responsibilities, he directs the advanced operative courses and the CAD/CAM same-day clinic for DDS students.
Luís Henrique Schlichting, DDS, BBA, MS, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Division of Operative Dentistry & Biomaterials at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry, where, among other teaching and clinical responsibilities, he directs the advanced operative courses and the CAD/CAM same-day clinic for DDS students.
Born and raised in Florianópolis, southern Brazil, he earned his DDS, specialty certificate, MS, and PhD in Operative Dentistry from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, as well as a BBA from Santa Catarina State University.
After serving as a dental officer in the Brazilian Army Medical Corps for five years and maintaining a private practice for fourteen years, Dr. Schlichting began his full-time academic career. He was a visiting research associate at the University of Southern California under the supervision of Dr. Pascal Magne and has held faculty positions at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Nova Southeastern University, and East Carolina University.
